Course Enrollment

Enrollment Process

Enrollment in courses requires submission of accurate personal information through our online form. By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and complete.

Age Requirements

Children's and teen courses require parental or guardian consent. The enrolling adult confirms they have authority to enroll the minor and agrees to these terms on their behalf.

Payment Terms

Course fees must be paid in full before the first session unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. All prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes.

Refund Policy

Full refunds are available if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the course start date. Cancellations between 7-14 days before the start date receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable. Refunds for medical emergencies or exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

• Participate actively and respectfully
• Complete assignments and exercises as directed

• Notify us promptly of any schedule conflicts or concerns
